Car makers in China launch vehicles with anti-virus features

Car makers in China have launched vehicles with anti-virus features.

One of China's biggest car makers, Geely, which also makes London black cabs was the first brand to launch anti-virus features, building on an earlier work it was doing to appeal to motorists worried about air pollution in big cities.

However, the managing director of the China Market Research Group, Shaun Rein, disagreed with the invention and said

"Companies are just trying to take advantage of fears of COVID-19 to sell their products and services to consumers and to be able to charge a premium."
