Italy loses out on 2022 World Cup Spot

Italy have crashed out of World Cup spot with a 1-0 loss to North Macedonia on Thursday Night.

European champions Italy have once again missed out of World Cup qualification after a shock 1-0 home loss to minnows North Macedonia in the playoffs semi-finals on Thursday.

Aleksandar Trajkovski scored the winning goal with a low strike from outside the box to knock off Italy.

With the win, Macedonians have set up a final clash with Portugal
