EFCC Grants Ex-Anambra State Governor Willie Obiano Bail

Former governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano has been granted bail by the The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Obiano, was nabbed on Thursday at about 8:30pm by the anti-graft agency at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.

The EFCC Chairman, Mr Abdulrasheed Bawa disclosed this news, while fielding questions from newsmen at the 5th Annual General Assembly of the Network of National Anti-corruption institutions in West Africa (NACIWA) in Abuja on Monday.

According to Bawa, the former governor was still in its custody since he had yet to meet his bail conditions.
