"If I become President, WAEC will be free for everyone" - Tinubu

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu APC national leader, has promised to offset the WAEC fees of secondary school leavers in Nigeria if he is elected president. 

Tinubu made the promise on Wednesday, January 19 while addressing some APC women groups in a trending video shared on social media, by the cable newspaper.
