Man killed by his brother-in-law after going to settle misunderstanding between his sister and her husband in Imo.

A man simply identified as Henry has been shot dead by his brother-in-law on Tuesday after he went to settle a misunderstanding between his sister and her husband.

Henry is a graduate of Engineering from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State.

According to posts seen by The Mantle Media, Henry's sister called him on phone to come talk to her husband over the way he was maltreating her.

Henry in a bid to settle whatever was causing rifts between his sister and her husband travelled to his sister's village in Mbaise where he met his untimely death.

The post continued that Henry got to his in-law's place in Mbaise and his sister's husband told him to leave the house or he was going to shoot him. 

Henry who could not believe his brother-in-law meant what he said stayed back and his in-law went inside, brought out a gun and shot him. 

Henry was said to have died on their way to the hospital.
