'Smart Money Women' and 'Quams Money' actor Kabiri Fubara is dead

Nollywood actor Kabiri Fubara is dead.

The late Fubara's death was announced by his sister Ayayi Fubara Eneli on her Twitter handle.

"My brother, Karibi Fubara, has joined the ancestral realm. I’m devastated, but not hopeless. He lived fully and with joy. Left a great body of work. Will be a powerful ancestor. I love you, #ChiefBlack. I do not own the rights to this song," she wrote."

The “God calling” actor had been diagnosed with cancer in 2020.

Karibi, who married popular Nollywood fashion entrepreneur, Yolanda Okereke in 2019, won many hearts in films such as the recent ‘Smart Money Woman’ and ‘God Calling’.

He was diagnosed with a large mid-stage kidney tumor/cancer in 2020 and had been in Dubai receiving treatment

The deceased won many hearts in films in his role in the recent Smart Money Woman and God Calling.

He has also starred in several movies including, Quam’s Money where he played the role of Rotimi.

Karibi also featured in Castle and Castle,and Royal Hibiscus Hotel.
