EXCLUSIVE: ASUU declare universities unsafe to reopen, says varsities unlikely to resume by January 18th

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has said that schools are not safe for reopening as the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic is sweeping the whole country. The Union also stated that schools are unlikely to resume on the 18th of January as earlier announced.

The Union made the declaration after several consultation with it's chapter in different schools and after gathering reports, they came to the conclusion that schools are not safe and prepared for reopening.
