Nigerian students blow hot, stages online protest to pressurize FG to reopen schools
Nigerian students have taken to the social media to stage an online protest to table down their displeasure on the confusing closure of schools by the FG.
Students all over Nigeria on Twitter, started the protest using the hashtag #SAVENIGERIANSTUDENTS to say no to an extra academic year in school as being proposed by the Federal Government.
It should be noted that both parents and the House of Representatives, including notable Nigerians have equally kicked against the closure of schools, especially the suspension of the West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) 2020 indefinitely.
The aggrieved Nigerian students are of the view that if the government can open markets, churches, mosques, and if the Edo and Ondo gubernatorial elections would hold, the government should equally go on with the 'SAFE REOPENING OF SCHOOLS' earlier proposed.
