Niger Republic Deports 42 Nigerians

The Katsina State Command of Nigeria Immigration Service(NIS), has gotten 42 Nigerians being ousted for illicit section into the Republic of Niger in transit Europe.

The NIS representative, Sunday James, gave the number in an announcement on Friday in Abuja.

Mr James said they were ousted to Nigeria through the Kongolam Control Post.

He said that the influenced Nigerians, somewhere in the range of 18 and 35 years, avoided movement leeway and crossed the outskirt to go into the Republic of Niger.

The representative said that a Federal High Court in Katsina had condemned 12 out of the 42 Nigerians for illicit passage into the Republic of Niger on the way Europe.

"Equity Hadiza Shagari, while administering in the judgment, coordinated that the suspects ought to either pay N50, 000 fine or be remanded in the remedial community for a quarter of a year.
